A 1976 graduate with distinction of the University of Michigan, he won the Hail to the Victors Award, given to the #1 student of business law. Attending both the University of Michigan and Wayne State University law schools, and graduating in 1978, Norman has been practicing law in the Metro Detroit area ever since. A tax specialist, he also possesses a Master's in Taxation from Walsh College, earned in 1983. Norman has also been a licensed real estate/business broker since 1999.
